Job Overview

TCS Security is a reputable firm dedicated to providing exceptional security services across various sectors. We are currently seeking a qualified Licensed Unarmed Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of our designated facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate logs of authorized personnel entering and exiting the premises.
  • Conduct inspections of bags and packages at entry points.
  • Operate metal detectors as required by management.
  • Perform regular patrols of the interior and exterior, checking for safety hazards and ensuring all doors are secured.
  • Report any security breaches or incidents to the facility management.
  • Keep a detailed daily log of activities and incidents during each shift.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid guard license.
  • Minimum age of twenty-one (21) years.
  • High school diploma or equivalent certification required.
  • At least two (2) years of experience in security or law enforcement.
  • Ability to interact positively and courteously with the public.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English clearly.
  • Capability to understand and apply written rules and instructions.
  • Good physical health, able to stand or walk for extended periods, and lift objects up to fifty (50) pounds.
  • Ability to run and navigate stairs as needed.
  • Current First Aid certification required.
  • No criminal record or probation status.
  • No history of domestic violence charges.
  • Personnel must maintain mental and physical alertness at all times.

Work Schedule:

Available shifts include:

  • Weekdays: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Supervisor), 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., 12:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
  • Weekends and Holidays: 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., 12:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
