Job Overview

Colorado Security Agency is in search of a dedicated Site Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily site operations effectively
  • Ensure site safety and security; develop and enforce site policies and procedures
  • Perform regular evaluations of the site and security personnel
  • Respond to emergencies in accordance with established protocols; document and report incidents
  • Oversee staff performance; conduct employee evaluations; maintain accurate attendance records; provide constructive feedback to enhance performance; administer disciplinary actions when necessary
  • Maintain and service site equipment regularly

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a supervisory role is essential
  • Knowledge of security systems and equipment
  • Ability to manage physical demands of the job
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Capable of assessing situations and responding appropriately
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Flexible availability for scheduling
  • Possession of an Armed DC SPO license is mandatory
  • Military background is required
