Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and seasoned Morning Operations Security Supervisor to oversee security functions at our designated site. In this role, you will ensure adherence to security protocols, lead a team of security personnel, and perform regular site evaluations to reduce security vulnerabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate and guide security staff on safety measures and emergency response protocols.
  • Supervise security equipment to guarantee peak performance.
  • Investigate and record security-related incidents.
  • Maintain effective communication with security teams and management.
  • Implement company policies and comply with industry standards.
  • Create work schedules based on staff performance and experience.
  • Effectively utilize Preeminent's operational software for streamlined processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Current SPO license is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in security supervisory positions.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Understanding of security operations and risk management principles.
  • Aptitude for managing emergency situations efficiently.
  • Familiarity with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in the use of security technology and equipment.
  • Physical stamina and capability to stand for prolonged periods.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • High school diploma; additional certifications in security management are advantageous.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling and possession of a reliable vehicle.
  • Primary availability during morning shifts.
  • Flexibility in the work schedule is crucial.
