Job Title: Regional Sales Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the NYC area. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies that drive business growth and revenue in the defined territory.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue in the defined territory
* Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare and hospital industry
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead development, and hunting
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
* Analyze sales data and metrics to inform sales strategies and optimize performance

Requirements:

* 7+ years of stable sales experience with progressive growth year after year
* Solid knowledge and understanding of Salesforce and Microsoft Office Exchange applications
* Experience in HVAC or a Facilities Management-related industry focused on B2B solution selling
* Knowledge of air handling units, indoor air quality, and/or regulatory compliance is a major plus
* Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales goals
