Key Responsibilities

As a Sales and Client Relations Representative, your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming inquiries and guide potential clients through the initial consultation process. You will work closely with our lawyers to manage meetings and appointments, and use your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to inbound inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and web forms.
  • Gathering critical information from potential clients, assessing their needs, and qualifying leads.
  • Using consultative sales techniques to convert qualified leads into scheduled consultations and achieve a high show rate.
  • Scheduling consultations based on client needs and CRM availability.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions in the firm's database, generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead activity, show, and conversion rates, and collaborating with Client Relations Managers and administrative staff to ensure smooth transitions from intake to case management.
