Administrative Support Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at Lifetime Assistance. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, working Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30 pm.
About the JobThe Administrative Support Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Chief Program Officer and Senior Leadership staff. Key responsibilities include coordination and completion of various administrative tasks, supervision of assigned office personnel, and maintenance of office equipment.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in administration or a related field.
- At least 5 years of increasing clerical/administrative responsibility, with two years in an administrative assistant role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
The salary for this position is $20-24 per hour, commensurate based on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and holidays.
