Business Development Associate

Are you a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills? Do you have experience in sales, customer service, or client intake? We are seeking a skilled Business Development Associate to join our team at The Colwell Law Group. This is an on-site role in Pittsford, NY, offering a competitive salary and quarterly bonuses.
Key Responsibilities
As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for client intake and qualification, sales and lead conversion, appointment scheduling, customer service, and administrative duties. Your primary goal will be to convert qualified leads into scheduled consultations while providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience in sales, customer service, or client intake, preferably within a legal setting. You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as familiarity with CRM software, case management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. You should also be able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently, and have a self-starting mindset with a goal-driven approach.
