Sales and Client Relations Representative

The Colwell Law Group is seeking a full-time Legal Intake Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our intake team, you will be responsible for handling incoming inquiries, guiding potential clients through the initial consultation process, and converting leads into clients.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. Proficiency in CRM software, case management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite is a must. A valid driver's license and excellent customer service skills are also required.
You will:
- Collect essential potential new client (PNC)/client information, including case details, and accurately enter it into the firm's CRM or case management system.
- Pre-screen potential clients to determine if their legal needs align with the firm's practice areas and jurisdictions.
- Explain the firm's services, pricing, and processes to prospective clients.
Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions in the firm's database, generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead activity, show, and conversion rates, and collaborating with Client Relations Managers and administrative staff to ensure smooth transitions from intake to case management.
