Sales Intake Coordinator

**The Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Intake Coordinator to join our team at The Colwell Law Group. As a critical member of our intake process, you will be responsible for handling incoming inquiries, gathering client information, and facilitating appointments with our lawyers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle incoming inquiries (calls, emails, web forms) promptly and professionally
- Gather essential client information and accurately enter it into our CRM system
- Pre-screen potential clients to determine if their legal needs align with our practice areas and jurisdictions
- Schedule consultations based on client needs and availability
**Requirements & Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a sales, customer service, or client intake role, preferably within a legal setting
- Familiarity with legal services, terminology, or prior experience working in a law firm is a plus
- Proficient in CRM software, case management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
**Compensation & Benefits**
- $25 hourly wage
- 401(k) retirement plan with a 4% matching contribution
