Position Overview

We are in search of a proficient and seasoned HR Generalist to enhance our vibrant team.

The HR Generalist will oversee a range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance.

This position requires a proactive individual with a robust understanding of HR best practices and a dedication to cultivating a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete recruitment process, from job postings to candidate selection and hiring.
  • Organize and conduct orientation and onboarding sessions for new employees.
  • Act as a resource for employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely guidance and solutions.
  • Investigate employee complaints and grievances, recommending suitable actions.
  • Manage the performance review process, ensuring timely and constructive feedback.
  • Support managers with performance improvement plans and career development initiatives.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding benefits.
  • Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and current employee records.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
  • Facilitate training sessions on HR-related topics.
  • Develop, implement, and revise HR policies and procedures.
  • Communicate HR policies and procedures to employees, ensuring understanding and compliance.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make informed decisions.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a generalist or similar capacity.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR principles and practices.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in Gusto, Guideline, Lark.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin.
