We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources professional to deliver comprehensive support in Benefits and HR Operations. This role encompasses benefits administration, immigration processes, onboarding, reporting, and various administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, job transitions, immigration, and benefits management.
- Plan, organize, and execute new hire orientations and onboarding initiatives to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for new employees.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits, health insurance, wellness initiatives, and maintenance of personnel records.
- Initiate and oversee diverse transaction workflows within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), enhancing data quality and ensuring timely processing.
- Maintain data integrity within HRIS and streamline processes to boost efficiency and automation.
- Generate, maintain, and schedule regular HR reports to support management decision-making.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding various HR processes, programs, policies, and tools.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources laws, regulations, and policies, along with experience in innovative HR programs.
- Proficient in handling confidential information with discretion.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, demonstrating flexibility and attention to detail.
- Capability to foster and maintain positive working relationships with all staff members.
- Sound judgment, sensitivity, and creativity in responding to evolving needs and situations.
- Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP, Workday).

Salary is determined based on market location and may vary according to experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors.
