We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources professional to deliver comprehensive support in Benefits and HR Operations. This role encompasses benefits administration, immigration processes, onboarding, reporting, and various administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, job transitions, immigration, and benefits management.
  • Plan, organize, and execute new hire orientations and onboarding initiatives to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for new employees.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits, health insurance, wellness initiatives, and maintenance of personnel records.
  • Initiate and oversee diverse transaction workflows within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), enhancing data quality and ensuring timely processing.
  • Maintain data integrity within HRIS and streamline processes to boost efficiency and automation.
  • Generate, maintain, and schedule regular HR reports to support management decision-making.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding various HR processes, programs, policies, and tools.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in Human Resources.
Essential Skills:
  • Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources laws, regulations, and policies, along with experience in innovative HR programs.
  • Proficient in handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, demonstrating flexibility and attention to detail.
  • Capability to foster and maintain positive working relationships with all staff members.
  • Sound judgment, sensitivity, and creativity in responding to evolving needs and situations.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP, Workday).
Compensation and Benefits:
