Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated full-time HR Generalist to enhance our human resources department. This role is integral to the HR function, reporting directly to the HR Director. The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in various HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations. A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in human resources is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment processes, including applicant tracking, resume evaluations, and conducting background checks.
  • Support the development and implementation of training, onboarding, and internship initiatives.
  • Facilitate benefits enrollment for eligible personnel and assist with overall benefits administration.
  • Collaborate with the HR Director on various projects and assignments.
  • Generate official documentation such as offer letters and appointment confirmations.
  • Maintain both physical and digital employee records efficiently.
  • Work with management on performance improvement strategies.
  • Monitor and enhance employee engagement and company culture.
  • Address employee grievances and enforce disciplinary measures as necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant employment regulations and administer various compliance programs.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience in human resources.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Familiarity with personnel records management and compliance requirements.
  • Enthusiastic and dedicated to achieving organizational success.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.
  • Capacity to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
  • In-depth understanding of state and federal employment laws.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
