Position Overview: We are seeking a full-time HR Generalist to contribute to our HR department. This role is a salaried position that reports directly to the HR Director. The HR Generalist will play a vital role in managing administrative functions and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes. Responsibilities will encompass various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations. A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in HR is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct recruitment processes, including applicant tracking, resume evaluation, and background checks.
  • Support the implementation of training and onboarding initiatives.
  • Facilitate benefits enrollment for eligible staff and assist with overall benefits administration.
  • Collaborate with the HR Director on various projects and assignments.
  • Prepare official documentation such as offer letters and employment agreements.
  • Maintain both physical and digital personnel files and records.
  • Work with management on performance improvement strategies.
  • Monitor and enhance employee engagement and company culture.
  • Address employee grievances and enforce disciplinary measures as necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant employment regulations and manage compliance-related tasks.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Proficient in managing personnel records and compliance documentation.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm and commitment to achieving organizational goals.
  • Strong understanding of effective recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate ethical conduct.
  • Capability to excel in a dynamic work environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
