Position Overview: We are seeking a full-time HR Generalist to support our HR initiatives. The HR Generalist will manage various administrative functions and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the HR department. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct recruitment processes including applicant tracking, resume evaluation, and coordination of background checks.
  • Facilitate training, onboarding, and internship initiatives.
  • Oversee benefits enrollment for eligible staff and assist with benefits administration.
  • Support the HR Director with various projects and tasks as required.
  • Prepare official internal documentation such as offer letters.
  • Maintain both physical and digital employee records.
  • Work with management on performance improvement strategies.
  • Enhance employee engagement and monitor workplace culture.
  • Address employee grievances and implement disciplinary measures when necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to employment laws and manage compliance-related tasks.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Familiarity with personnel record management.
  • Enthusiastic and dedicated to achieving organizational goals.
  • Ability to develop timely recruitment strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic work environment.
  • Thorough understanding of federal and state employment regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
