Currently, CaptureRx solutions serve more than 500 hospitals and health centers in 45 states via a robust pharmacy network and a preferred 340B partnership allowing access to any Rite Aid pharmacy. Summary:

The Human Resources Specialist will assist in administering human resources initiatives, staffing and recruiting, and policies and procedures. This position will be responsible for regularly contributing to making CaptureRx a best place to work.

  • Support full cycle recruitment process by sourcing candidates.
  • Administrative support for HR employment procedures including FMLA, LOA, personnel files.
  • Process new hire paperwork and create personnel files.
  • Staying current on understanding of labor laws and other Human Resources regulations.
  • Assist Training Specialist with any projects/onboarding/assignments as needed.
  • Maintain knowledge of job descriptions and qualifications to determine applicant requirements.
  • Conduct full cycle recruitment efforts for all exempt and nonexempt employees and temporary employees.
  • Update Employee Handbook, policies and procedures, and other internal communications.
  • Maintain applicant tracking.
  • Provide support for all HR related activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
    • Human Resources and/or recruiting knowledge, skills and ability.
    • General knowledge of and familiarity with related employment law and policies, such as the Fair Labor Standards Act, Family Medical Leave Act, Equal Employment Opportunity, and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
    • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
    • Must be organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, communicative, and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
    • Must be able to multi-task and perform duties efficiently and with accuracy, while keeping accurate records and maintaining a filing system.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in business relationships and exercise sound business judgment. Education:
      • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college of university in Human Resources, Management or Business required. Experience:
        • 2-4 years of human resource experience required. Licenses/Certifications:
          • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred.
