Role Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for ensuring the quality of outgoing products through the implementation of inspection and testing protocols for electrical components, subassemblies, and completed goods, which can range from small control cabinets to large modular buildings.

Daily Activities:

  • Perform inspections on all electrical installations, subassemblies, and finished products regularly.
  • Assist in the preparation of testing and commissioning documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with approved standards and specifications during all tasks.
  • Document any material non-conformances identified during inspections of work in progress, finished goods, or incoming inspections.
  • Verify that all items are within the current calibration period and are functioning correctly prior to use.
  • Complete additional job duties as assigned.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Willingness to undergo background and drug testing.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High-level decision-making skills.
  • Physical capability to lift, lower, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, walk, stoop, and bend for extended periods.
  • Frequent use of arms, hands, fingers, eyes, legs, and back is required.
  • Minimum of two years of industry experience in electrical assembly or inspection.
  • Familiarity with low voltage electrical installations, including power distribution, UPS, and protective devices.
  • Knowledge of IEC, NEC, and NFPA electrical quality standards and practices.
  • Understanding of Programmable Logic Controllers is advantageous.
  • Ability to identify electrical components, hardware, and equipment.
  • Proficient in reading, understanding, and tracing electrical schematics; troubleshooting skills are essential.
  • Basic computer skills, including experience with Word and Excel; knowledge of scheduling software is a plus.

Compensation Details:

The compensation for this role ranges from $20 to $23 per hour, with Restricted Stock Units included in all offers. Compensation will be determined based on the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market alignment.
