Description:


• Perform inspections of parts, subassemblies or finished company products according to well defined criteria using standard physical and mechanical measurements.


• Accurately update systems, such as ERP and Excel logs, to record transactions and information relevant to each inspection.


• Complete required documentation for part inspections, first articles, non-conforming product reports, trend reports and other documentation related to the inspection process. Enter/update electronic nonconformance data with the electronic system as necessary.


• Maintain part/component inspection and history files.


• Monitor critical equipment and instrumentation to ensure proper operation and calibration.


• Performs inspections and determines suitability of use for all returned finished devices.


• Performs rework including rebox/relabel of returned finished devices that are determined suitable for use.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year Quality Control experience in Receiving Inspection using mechanical inspection and metrological inspection techniques is required.
  • ASQ certified quality technician preferred.
  • Minimum related work experience of 1 year in quality control documentation/inspection processes, data collection and entry, including the use of computers.
  • Auditing experience strongly preferred.

Shift: 7am - 3:30pm Mon-Fri
