Position Summary:

This role is crucial for maintaining the quality of our products by implementing inspection and testing protocols for electrical components, subassemblies, and finished goods, which range from compact control cabinets to large-scale modular buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform ongoing inspections of all electrical installations, subassemblies, and finished products.
  • Assist in the preparation of testing and commissioning documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with approved standards and technical drawings during all tasks.
  • Document any material non-conformances identified during inspections of work in progress, finished products, or incoming materials.
  • Verify that all equipment is within the current calibration period and functioning correctly prior to use.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to undergo background and drug testing.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High-level analytical skills and decision-making capability.
  • Ability to lift, lower, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Capacity to stand, walk, stoop, and bend for extended periods.
  • Frequent use of arms, hands, fingers, eyes, legs, and back is required.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in electrical assembly or inspection.
  • Familiarity with low voltage electrical installations, including power distribution, UPS systems, and protective devices.
  • Understanding of IEC, NEC, and NFPA electrical quality standards and practices.
  • Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers is advantageous.
  • Ability to identify electrical components, hardware, and equipment.
  • Proficient in reading, interpreting, and tracing electrical schematics; troubleshooting skills are essential.
  • Basic computer skills, including experience with Word and Excel; knowledge of scheduling software is a plus.

Compensation:

The compensation for this position ranges from $20 to $23 per hour, with Restricted Stock Units included in all offers. Compensation will be determined based on the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market alignment.
