Job OverviewPosition: Quality Control Inspector in Westminster - Compensation: $19-$22/hr

We are seeking dedicated Quality Control Inspectors to conduct thorough inspections of electronic assemblies, focusing on fine pitch SMT and through-hole components. This role involves working within a collaborative manufacturing environment, utilizing teambuilding strategies, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Demand Flow principles to ensure production goals are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform detailed inspections of electronic assemblies, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Engage in team scheduling and participate in quality meetings to maintain production efficiency.
  • Utilize problem-solving techniques from SPC and Total Quality Control (TQC) to address issues collaboratively.
  • Read and interpret technical documents and blueprints for inspection purposes.
  • Employ microscopes and magnifying tools for the examination of fine pitch SMT and through-hole components.
Shift & Compensation
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6 AM - 2:30 PM
  • Hourly Rate: $19 - $22
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in quality assurance for circuit boards.
  • Familiarity with inspecting through-hole and fine pitch soldering.
  • Ability to comprehend and follow detailed procedures and processes.
  • Experience using microscopes and magnifying glasses for inspection tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills within a team-oriented environment.
  • Effective teambuilding capabilities.
