Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the hiring process for new candidates efficiently in accordance with company standards.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system to ensure candidates are appropriately qualified or disqualified, advancing initial hiring steps daily.
  • Coordinate scheduling for qualified candidates regarding licensing and provide reminders for necessary documentation.
  • Handle the processing of new hire paperwork for licenses across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Oversee the timely renewal of licenses in accordance with company protocols and relevant regulations.
  • Ensure all license transfers for new contracts are executed promptly and in compliance with applicable laws.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee licenses within the company’s information system.
  • Conduct daily background checks for new candidates and make informed decisions based on results.
  • Coordinate drug screenings for new hires and take appropriate actions based on outcomes.
  • Generate monthly reports on licensing status and notify employees and management regarding renewals.
  • Perform self-audits of licensing files to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and report any discrepancies immediately.
  • Act as the primary liaison with licensing authorities across jurisdictions.
  • Monitor expired licenses and collaborate with HR to manage employee site assignments as necessary.
  • Report any hiring process issues to the Director of Employment and Employee Relations.
  • Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and that all equipment is functional.
  • Order office supplies in a timely manner and communicate with service providers regarding equipment issues.
  • Adhere to COVID-19 protocols within the office and report any violations as necessary.
  • Produce weekly reports detailing licensing and onboarding activities.
  • Assist with front desk responsibilities as required.
  • Coordinate and track uniform orders.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

This is a full-time position with hours scheduled around standard weekday operations: 9 AM - 5 PM. Benefits are available in accordance with the Company Benefits Policy.
