Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the hiring process for new candidates efficiently, adhering to company standards.
  • Manage candidate status in the applicant tracking system, ensuring timely progress through initial hiring steps.
  • Coordinate scheduling for licensing appointments and send reminders for necessary documentation.
  • Handle paperwork for new hire licensing in DC, MD, and VA.
  • Oversee license renewals for DC, MD, and VA.
  • Ensure timely execution of license transfers for new contracts, complying with company policies and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee licenses in the company’s information system.
  • Conduct daily background checks for new hires prior to scheduling licensing.
  • Ensure drug screenings for new hires are completed and manage candidate status accordingly.
  • Generate monthly reports on licenses and send renewal notifications to employees and management.
  • Perform self-audits of licensing files to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Act as the primary liaison with licensing authorities across all jurisdictions.
  • Monitor expired licenses and collaborate with HR for necessary actions.
  • Report any issues in the hiring process to the Director of Employment and Employee Relations.
  • Maintain a well-organized office environment, ensuring operational efficiency of computers and printers.
  • Order office supplies in a timely manner and coordinate maintenance for office equipment.
  • Ensure adherence to COVID-19 guidelines within the office environment.
  • Produce weekly reports on licensing and onboarding activities.
  • Assist with front desk responsibilities as required.
  • Manage uniform orders and track their status.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

This is a full-time position with standard weekday hours from 9 AM to 5 PM. Benefits are provided in accordance with the Company Benefits Policy.

Qualifications:

  • Internal candidates must demonstrate exemplary performance and attendance, with no disciplinary actions within the past year.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional customer service capabilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
