The successful candidate will possess substantial experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, along with a solid understanding of HR information systems, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and candidate management systems (CMS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and candidate pipelines.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for a diverse array of roles within the professional services sector, including talent identification, initial screening, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, and overseeing the interview, offer, and onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with fellow recruitment team members to implement optimal talent acquisition strategies.
- Support various human resources initiatives and projects.
Qualifications:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proficiency with HR databases, ATS, and CMS, along with experience utilizing online search tools.

- Strong communication abilities.
