Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Engage in sourcing candidates, achieving recruitment objectives, liaising with internal hiring managers for feedback on candidate placements, and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Data Management: Conduct audits and updates of employee records, generate HR reports and metrics, identify trends, ensure compliance, and assist in the enhancement of processes and systems.
  • HR Initiatives: Participate in projects focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion, gather feedback from employees and management regarding HR initiatives' impact on engagement and development, and contribute to the formulation and execution of effective HR policies and procedures.
  • Benefits Oversight: Manage and administer employee benefit programs, promptly address employee inquiries related to benefits, and assess satisfaction levels through surveys and feedback to ensure high satisfaction rates.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role.
  • Strong expertise in compliance, onboarding, benefits administration, and HRIS.
