Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at General Dynamics Information Technology. This is a critical role that requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior executives, including coordinating schedules, preparing correspondence, and managing confidential information.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and files management systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and assemble briefing materials as needed.
  • Anticipate and respond to the needs of senior executives, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials, requiring a high level of analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and vendors.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and regulations, ensuring compliance and adherence.
Requirements
  • Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of five years of relevant administrative professional experience, or a minimum of nine years of relevant administrative professional experience.
  • Minimum one year of experience working within the IC performing the Contractor Performance Requirements listed in this SOW for this labor category.
  • Demonstrated successful use of MS Office Suite applications at Advanced level to complete routine to highly complex tasks.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills sufficient to compose and deliver responses to customers' routine to highly complex questions in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent customer service skills, demonstrated by anticipating and responding to the assigned Senior Executive's requirements.
  • Analytical skills sufficient to assess and interpret highly complex information from multiple sources and draw insightful conclusions.
