Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide extensive invoicing support to enhance the financial management of budgeting, reporting, forecasting, purchase orders, and daily invoices across various departments.
2. Oversee timely billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accurate reporting and analysis of actuals versus budgeted costs to swiftly address any discrepancies.
3. Collaborate with Procurement to facilitate the setup of vendors and external partners.
4. Evaluate optimal spending lines across multiple options.
5. Undertake additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the development, execution, and tracking of purchase orders, from invoice to payment.
- Demonstrated expertise in tracking and processing invoices, with a focus on comparing commitments against actuals and general budgeting practices.
- Ability to identify resources, monitor costs, and establish collaborative partnerships across various divisions.
- A proactive mindset with the capability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent organizational, collaborative, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Education:
- A Bachelor's degree is required.
