**Job Description**

The City of New York Department of Health and Mental Hygiene is seeking a highly skilled Office Coordinator Assistant to join our team. As an Office Coordinator Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Division of Family and Child Health, ensuring efficient operations.

**Responsibilities**

- Provide clerical/office assistance, including data entry, document preparation, and email management.

- Assist with projects and assignments for the Early Intervention Program.

- Perform any other clerical/office duties as required and complete assigned tasks by management.

**Requirements**

We are looking for a candidate with a four-year high school diploma or equivalent and one year of satisfactory clerical experience. Additionally, keyboard familiarity with the ability to type at least 100 key strokes (20 words) per minute is essential.

**Estimated Salary:** $45,000 - $55,000 per year
