Executive Assistant/Office Coordinator

Lone Pine Capital LLC seeks a highly skilled Senior Administrative Associate to join our NYC office. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while providing top-notch administrative support to our analysts.
About the Job
You will be responsible for managing complex schedules, coordinating travel, preparing presentations, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our team. Our ideal candidate has 5+ years of senior administrative experience, preferably in the financial services industry, and is proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, coordinate travel, and arrange meetings
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as required
- Provide administrative support to multiple analysts, maintaining confidentiality at all times
- Coordinate reception duties, including greeting visitors and handling mail and deliveries
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of senior administrative experience
- Financial services industry experience preferred
- Excellent computer skills, proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and maintain attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
