Commencing in an entry-level operational capacity, you will gain comprehensive insights into our intricate global logistics framework. Every aspect of the operations is essential for grasping the overall vision. Throughout your journey in the Future Leaders Program, you will engage in both operational roles and external sales positions to fully comprehend our core business and advance into leadership roles.

Upon mastering the fundamentals, numerous pathways for advancement will be available, as our ethos emphasizes internal promotions. Once you have a solid understanding of the basics, you can determine your ideal area of expertise; whether it be sales, operations management, branch leadership, IT, team development, or even aspiring to the role of CEO.

The Leadership Development Role


• Begin by immersing yourself in the operations of one of our key divisions: Logistics (warehousing), Air & Ocean (Import/Export), or Domestic Transport.


• Engage in customer service activities.


• Participate in pricing strategies.


• Coordinate shipments effectively.


• Oversee warehouse operations.


• Transition into an external sales role (with the possibility of accelerating into sales after the initial six months).


• As you familiarize yourself with the operations, you will be entrusted with increased responsibilities and scope within your role.


• You will be expected to enhance processes within these functions.


• You are encouraged to carve out your own career trajectory – the opportunities are yours to create.


• Subsequently, you will progress into leadership roles based on your ambition and capabilities.


• While there are no fixed rotations between business units, internal transfers are an option.


• Support will be provided through a comprehensive development program, including leadership training, coaching, project work, peer networking, and various resources to enhance your personal leadership and business acumen.

The Ideal Candidate


• You are a recent graduate holding a bachelor's degree in any discipline.


• You possess no more than two years of professional experience (excluding internships and work during studies).


• You exhibit a positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
