Position Overview

As a Senior Program and Project Management Leader, you will be responsible for driving and overseeing key program initiatives that align with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Implementation: Formulate, execute, and sustain program initiatives that reflect the strategic objectives of the organization.
  • Program Evaluation: Create and apply assessment protocols to evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold organizational standards for satisfaction, quality, and performance across all initiatives.
  • Team Oversight: Supervise multiple project teams to ensure alignment with program objectives and successful outcomes.
  • Financial Management: Administer budgets and funding sources to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and designated project managers to define project scope, deliverables, necessary resources, work plans, budgets, and timelines for new initiatives.
  • Investment Optimization: Manage program and project teams to achieve optimal returns on investment while coordinating and delegating cross-project initiatives.
  • Vendor Coordination: Identify essential requirements for cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Budget Accountability: Develop and oversee project budgets, ensuring accountability for achieving established business objectives.
  • Risk Management: Collaborate with other program managers to pinpoint risks and opportunities across various projects within the department.
  • Reporting: Analyze, assess, and mitigate program risks while generating comprehensive reports for management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of five years in a senior management role, ideally within program management.
  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management.
  • In-depth knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation methodologies.
