Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on-site. This role is integral to providing exceptional support to our healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a dynamic call center environment, assisting healthcare customers with inquiries related to self-pay balances and payment processing.
  • Conduct reminder campaigns to collect outstanding healthcare balances.
  • Provide clear explanations of charges, update insurance details, and resolve disputes effectively.
  • Understand client operations, including patient payment options and eligibility reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or call center operations.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong ability to learn new systems quickly and efficiently.
  • Proficient in multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule:

This position operates Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with a half-hour lunch break, totaling a 40-hour work week.

Compensation:

The role offers a competitive pay rate of $17 per hour.
