Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned AVP of Talent Acquisition to lead our Talent Acquisition team. The successful candidate will design a comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategy and champion Win's recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a Talent Acquisition strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Lead the Talent Acquisition team to achieve high performance and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor and report on Talent Acquisition metrics, identifying opportunities to drive attraction and retention of candidates.
- Analyze trends and make adjustments to the onboarding process to create a remarkable employee experience.
- Develop and implement department metrics/KPIs to review frequently for trends and report to leadership.
Requirements:
- BA degree plus five (5) years of talent acquisition management experience.
- SHRM-CP or SCP certification.
- Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, changing work environment.
- Familiarization with ATS (ADP) and Smartsheets.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Canva Pro, creation of QR Code and Google links.
