About the Role

Lemonade is revolutionizing the insurance industry, and we're looking for a passionate leader to spearhead our recruiting efforts across the US. As a pivotal member of our talent acquisition team, you'll partner globally to transform our recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Director of Talent Acquisition and Recruiting team leads to guide hiring managers and department heads in attracting and securing top talent.
  • Manage strategy, process, and people, while owning and leading searches as a full-cycle recruiter.
  • Lead multiple recruiting and global talent acquisition projects, aligning with strategic business objectives.
  • Help establish, implement, and maintain recruiting metrics to drive organizational decision-making.
  • Promote employer branding initiatives, including job postings on social media and hosting or participating in career events and meetups.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably with a global high-tech company.
  • ~4+ years of experience as a talent acquisition manager, leading teams.
  • ~ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Experience working in a high-performance environment with multiple projects and competing demands.
  • Enthusiasm about learning and adapting to the exciting world of AI.
  • Ability to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week.

What We Offer

Lemonade's US base salary range for this full-time position is $145,000 - $160,000 plus equity + benefits. We're an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusivity.
