A dynamic and detail-oriented professional is sought by Tandym Group to fill the role of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contacting passive candidates to build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Developing, facilitating, and implementing all phases of the recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Collaborating with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Identifying and implementing efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the company.
  • Assisting with job posting and advertisement processes.
  • Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
  • Scheduling interviews; overseeing preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
  • Assisting with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with the managers.
  • Collaborating with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
  • Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
  • 8+ years experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking and other recruitment systems.
  • Proficient with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Experience with high volume recruitment is a plus.
  • Experience with Smart Recruiters ATS system and ADP.
  • Banking industry experience highly preferred.
