Position OverviewThe Director of Talent Acquisition will lead our recruitment efforts, focusing on medical providers in various disciplines. This role requires a deep understanding of impactful recruitment strategies in the medical community, particularly for care providers in long-term facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for all open positions.
- Manage the Talent Acquisition System and provide regular reporting on key performance indicators.
- Lead a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists in meeting specific deliverables and filling open requisitions in a timely manner.
- Provide strategic direction for recruitment strategies, including urgent strategic fills.
- Manage the team budget for engagement and ad spending in recruitment platforms.
- Build partnerships with external partners, such as medical schools, to source talent.
- Establish a network of providers to source from when positions become available.
- 5-8 years of experience managing a full-cycle recruitment program, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Ability to lead project management initiatives with a high level of detail.
- Experience managing talent acquisition professionals.
- Understanding of recruitment performance metrics and ability to use these metrics for strategic initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build impactful and strategic partnerships with internal partners.
