About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Executive to support our rapid growth and drive recruitment strategies. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in building our talent pipeline, ensuring we attract top-tier talent to continue our momentum.

As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offer management, across various regions. Your focus will be on identifying, engaging, and hiring the best candidates in the market, ensuring that Nivoda remains a dynamic, supportive, and collaborative workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, from job posting to offer stage.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process, from first contact to offer.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to building Nivoda's employer brand by engaging in recruitment marketing initiatives that attract top talent.
  • Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for key roles, ensuring that we have the talent in place to support our ongoing growth.
  • Data-Driven Recruitment: Leverage recruitment metrics and analytics to continuously improve the hiring process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or agency recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proven track record of managing full-cycle recruitment for various roles and departments.
  • Strong experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other creative sourcing methods.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, preferably Ashby.
