Job Overview

As a Talent Sourcer, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top candidates for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to source suitable candidates through various channels, working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to define candidate personas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through professional networks, job boards, and other channels.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and follow-up communications.
  • Measure and record conversion rates to optimize the recruitment process.
  • Create and manage talent pipelines for current and future hires.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sourcing techniques, including Boolean search strings and professional platform recruiting.
  • Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition in a dynamic environment.
  • Advanced user knowledge of LinkedIn, Lever, Greenhouse, or other ATS tools is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a minimum C1 level.
