About the Role

ISMG is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager to join our rapidly growing organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the recruitment process, from sourcing and prospecting candidates to managing end-to-end candidate communication and promoting our employer brand on social media.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full talent acquisition lifecycle in support of ISMG's various growing business units.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring efforts, including candidate sourcing and outreach, applicant review, pre-screening and skills assessment, process management, offer and employment terms negotiation, employee agreement execution, and facilitating new hire onboarding plans.
  • Develop long-term recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and attract top candidates.
  • Recruit talent through LinkedIn, social media, job boards, and events.
  • Schedule and assist with interviews and prepare hiring materials.
  • Draft job descriptions and post ads on digital platforms.
  • Manage candidate data in the applicant tracking system.
  • Provide detailed recruiting reports.
  • Assist with company culture activities and events while promoting company values and reputation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Recruitment role owning the full talent acquisition lifecycle, encompassing talent identification and attraction, process management, and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to create and implement effective sourcing strategies for various roles and departments.
  • Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to craft effective candidate outreach messaging.
  • Ability to learn quickly and course-correct as necessary to meet goals.
  • Familiarity with hiring and recruitment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proactive and independent with strong initiative.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking software.
  • SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential is a plus.
