Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at The State Bank. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our banking services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service through all forms of communication, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Perform various financial transactions for customers, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
  • Cross-sell other products and services to customers, referring them to other areas of the bank as needed.
  • Participate in regular training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry regulations, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Assist with balancing branch machines, including coin machines, ATMs, and cash dispensers, as needed.
  • Provide safe deposit box entry and perform basic account maintenance upon customer request.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one to three months' related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Basic understanding of a computer and its applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Effective time management, clear communication, and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, associates, and vendors.
