KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver exceptional customer service consistently, adhering to The State Bank's service standards across all communication channels.

Execute a variety of financial transactions for clients while maintaining quality and accuracy as per established guidelines. Adhere to Teller Cash Controls as outlined in the Cash Handling Procedure.

Promote additional products and services whenever feasible and refer business to other departments within the Bank. Actively engage in the Customer Benefits Program and contribute to the sales culture within the community office, including meeting individual sales targets and supporting branch objectives.

Cross-training: May receive training as an ITM teller to facilitate financial transactions through Connect technology. May also be trained to serve as a vault teller on a rotational basis. Some representatives may be granted supervisory transaction override authority. Responsibilities may include ordering branch supplies and functioning as customer service call staff as needed, assisting customers through various service channels. These call center duties may be performed in a standard branch environment or a designated call center location.

Engage in ongoing training related to industry regulations, guidelines, and procedures.

Assist in balancing branch equipment as necessary: coin machines, ATMs, ITMs, and/or cash dispensers.

Facilitate safe deposit box access and perform basic account maintenance upon customer request.

Demonstrate support for the Bank's mission, vision, and core values through daily activities.

Exhibit strong reasoning and organizational skills.

Maintain the ability to stand or sit for extended periods.

Regularly perform significant physical tasks including lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, kneeling, crouching, standing, bending, twisting, and reaching.

Consistently lift and carry up to 55 lbs.

Regularly drive, stand, walk, and utilize hands for handling, feeling, or manipulating objects, tools, or controls.

Utilize knowledge in operating and maintaining various types of equipment.

Adhere to instructions and safety protocols.

Maintain regular and predictable attendance at work.

Engage in regular interactions with colleagues on-site, including face-to-face meetings and spontaneous discussions.

Effectively manage responsibilities under high-stress conditions.

Other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position does not entail supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Clear and concise communication.
