As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, responding to incoming phone calls, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Respond to incoming phone calls in a prompt and courteous manner
- Direct phone calls to verify scheduling information and provide accurate answers to client inquiries
- Conduct follow-up calls with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Proficiently resolve issues and address problems as they arise
- Offer referrals as needed for services not offered within our scope
- Embrace training opportunities for growth within the company
- Engage in team building and weekly meetings
- Comfortable with prospecting and conducting outbound calls
- Meet monthly metrics
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Ability to defuse situations with disgruntled customers
- Driven and self-starter work ethic
- Experience in outbound calling is preferred
- Experience with Service Titan is preferred
This is an in-person position, and you will be required to work in our office. The work environment is a general office setting with occasional outdoor exposure.
