The Opportunity:
We are in search of a motivated, personable, and skilled Technical Support Engineer
  • Microsoft, Azure, O365 to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will deliver end-user desktop support to multiple users operating within Windows, Exchange, and Office 365 environments.
The Technical Support Engineer
  • Microsoft, Azure, O365 will address desktop support and end-user server administration for all client-related issues while managing Level 1 and 2 service requests.

You will collaborate closely with a talented team and escalate complex issues to higher support tiers for assistance, as well as liaise with third-party vendors for warranty service repairs.

This onsite role may involve being assigned to one or more of our key clients. Occasional travel within the surrounding areas may be required.


What you will do:
Handle level 1 and 2 support cases and work orders related to end-user challenges, both physical and cloud infrastructure, and project-related tasks. Understand client perspectives by setting appropriate expectations throughout the troubleshooting process. Resolve incidents and requests related to, but not limited to the following: Mail Application/Office 365 issues, Client/Server Connectivity issues, Time Sensitive and VIP Workstation incidents, File Restores, Remote Access incidents (Citrix and Terminal Services), Password Resets, Networked Printer Issues, among others. Execute fundamental system maintenance including software and operating system patching, software version upgrades, and critical patch applications. Provide support for Active Directory tasks such as user management, password resets, Group Policy application, and task scheduling. Utilize common technology support tools such as Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) and Mobile Device Management (MDM). Occasional travel may be necessary as required.

Who you are:
Possess excellent communication skills with a strong ability to convey technical information to non-technical individuals.

Demonstrate exceptional prioritization skills and the ability to empathize with the customer experience. Hold a Bachelor's Degree in an Information Technology-related field, or possess 3+ years of equivalent technical experience and education in the following areas:
Microsoft Office 365 (O365)

Microsoft Operating Systems including Windows Server and Windows 10/11. Proficient in installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems, and applications. Familiar with Active Directory, including account management and password resets. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Experienced in Client VPN setup and troubleshooting. Understanding of email and spam technologies, and the flow of messaging through these systems. Basic comprehension of cybersecurity concepts and technologies, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Hands-on experience with desktops, laptops, and servers. Familiarity with file system support including permissions, sharing, backups, and restores. Experience with cloud platforms such as the Microsoft 365 suite is a plus.

Additional advantages include:
