Federal Customer Support Engineer 2

We are seeking a talented engineer to become part of our Technical Solutions team at Datadog. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering support to our clients, offering technical guidance, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Your skills will significantly impact the global success of Datadog.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with clients through multiple channels to resolve technical support inquiries and provide platform training
  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical challenges, utilizing our comprehensive integrations
  • Conduct product demonstrations for clients after achieving certification
  • Collaborate with internal teams based on client insights
  • Develop expertise in specific Datadog product areas
  • Work in the office 3-5 days a week

We are looking for candidates who have experience with Zendesk, Jira, or similar platforms, along with a background in technical troubleshooting or programming. The ideal candidate is self-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to expand their knowledge. Strong communication skills, a client-focused approach, and foundational knowledge of Linux and programming are essential. Flexibility in scheduling and weekend availability are also required.
