Job Responsibilities:

In this role, you will provide both on-site and remote technical assistance and upkeep for X-Ray and Medical Imaging apparatus. This includes traveling to various client sites to install, diagnose, and repair equipment, in addition to performing routine maintenance inspections.

Your collaboration with other departments, such as sales and product development, will be crucial in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving the success of the organization.

Ensure that production machinery and support utilities are readily available as required by manufacturing operations.

  • Conduct preventative maintenance (PM) and quality assurance (QA) evaluations.
  • Understand and manage the company's service software protocols and guidelines.
  • Complete necessary internal and external documentation and adhere to vendor training requirements.
  • Keep all service access keys updated and current.
  • Maintain service tools and meters according to manufacturer specifications for equipment testing.
  • Ensure a stock of essential replacement items for consumable customer parts.
  • Assist and communicate with the Area Service Manager to identify critical customer concerns promptly.
  • Act as a liaison between company departments and clients.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours customer service inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with imaging equipment, as well as basic computer and electrical systems.
  • Experience with hands-on field service tools and mechanical systems.
  • Proven technical skills, business insight, and a commitment to teamwork.
  • Willingness to travel, work independently, and possess excellent communication abilities.
