Customer Support Representative

Adecco is partnering with a client to find a dedicated Customer Service Representative for their Shared Services team.

Location: On-site in Springfield, OH

Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Compensation: $16.00 per hour

Contract Duration: 3-4 months (temporary with potential for extension)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to established procedural guidelines for task execution.
  • Perform essential functions including logging and processing checks, managing documents, addressing CLEAR queues, and making outbound calls to insurance providers while also handling inbound communications.
  • Provide support and backup as necessary to fulfill client needs and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Engage in additional tasks or projects as required by business demands.

Accountability Areas:

  • Operate under direct supervision with initial tasks being basic and routine.
  • More experienced team members may tackle tasks of moderate complexity that are often non-routine.
  • Work within a multi-client and functional environment.
  • Investigate items received through various channels including faxes, reports, and correspondence.
  • Make necessary phone calls to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Comply with client-specific policies and procedures.
  • Be prepared for assignments that may be given with short notice and could last for an indefinite period.

Compensation Details: $16.00 per hour
