- Investigate and resolve inquiries related to loans through inbound and outbound calls.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls concerning hazard insurance, mortgage banking, and property claims.
- Experienced agents will address escalated customer concerns.
- Initially, work within a single client environment to build knowledge and skills.
- Demonstrate empathy while addressing customer concerns and providing solutions.
- Engage in special projects and adapt to new responsibilities as needed.
- Participate in a comprehensive four-week training program to learn about our business, systems, policies, and effective customer engagement techniques.

Call Center Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
