Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet members and guests with a warm and welcoming smile, providing exceptional customer service to create a positive and memorable experience.
- Front Desk Activities: Check members in, tour and sign up new members, log amenities, and communicate updates and events to members and guests.
- Phone and Email Support: Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions, responding to member inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Club Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for members and guests.
- Customer Service Experience: Prior customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with members and co-workers in a positive and professional manner.
- Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including afternoons and evenings, Monday through Friday.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
