Job Overview

Miller's Textile Services is actively seeking a Sales and Service Route Representative to support our operations. This role involves the delivery of clean uniforms, linens, and mats while collecting soiled items from established customers. The position is dynamic and requires both indoor and outdoor work. Routes typically follow a four-day delivery schedule, and weekends are not required. Compensation is commission-based with no earning cap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the company vehicle is loaded with all necessary products for servicing customers, including uniforms, mats, and linens as ordered; drive to customer locations.
  • Collect soiled items from customers and deliver clean products.
  • Expand our customer base through upselling and cross-selling of products and services.
  • Complete required daily paperwork.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Maintain excellent attendance as our customers rely on your presence.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED is required.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment DOT drug screening and physical examination is required.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory.
  • Must be insurable under our company motor vehicle policy.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs throughout the day.
  • Capability to push/pull heavy carts (up to 300 lbs) during the workday.
  • Previous experience in delivery and customer service is preferred.
