Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve inquiries related to loan levels through inbound and outbound communication.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls from clients regarding hazard insurance, mortgage banking, and property claims.
- Experienced associates will address escalated customer concerns.
- Initially, you will work within a single client environment, with opportunities to advance to multi-client scenarios as your skills develop.
- Demonstrate empathy while addressing customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
- Engage in special projects and adapt to new responsibilities as needed.
- Participate in a comprehensive four-week training program designed to equip you with the necessary knowledge of our business, systems, and policies.
Qualifications:
- Outstanding customer service abilities.
- Prior experience in a call center is advantageous.

Call Center Operating Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
