National Sales Manager Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to lead our team of sales representatives and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales leadership and a strong understanding of the home, gift, and furniture industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, manage, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Provide sales training and coaching to sales representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the home, gift, and furniture industries.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive business growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
