Primary Responsibilities:

  • Foster and enhance client relationships through consultative selling via various communication channels.

  • Document all sales activities in HubSpot and maintain a well-organized CRM system.

Key Areas of Focus:

  • Target medium to large enterprises (facilities exceeding 500k sq. ft.) within the designated region.
  • Experience in solutions-oriented sales and managing key accounts in a B2B context.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify new business prospects and qualify leads effectively.
  • Ensure accurate and organized management of the CRM database for the assigned territory.
  • Oversee key accounts, build and sustain robust client relationships, and resolve any challenges that arise.
  • Work closely with the National Sales Director and other departments to align business strategies and efforts.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in B2B sales with an emphasis on solutions-based selling.
  • Exceptional skills in sales, account management, analysis, negotiation, and communication.
  • Proficient in using email, HubSpot, Zoom, and lead generation platforms; experienced in contract negotiations and proposal crafting.
  • Ability to identify risk factors and deliver value-driven solutions related to safety and facility enhancements.
  • A demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset and the capability to operate independently.
